The services was ok
اتاقم هر روز تمیز نمیشد و دو روز در میام تمیز میشد، ایراد دیگری نبود، قیمت نوشیدنی های داخل اتاق خیلی گران قیمت هستش، منظره اتاقم خیلی قشنگ بود و در مجموع خیلی راضی بودم، کیفیت غذاها خیلی خوب بود و لوکیشن هتل خیلی خوب بود، سپاس

صراحه اشكر الاستاذ حسن المصري في الكونسيرج انسان قمة في الادب والاخلاق صار لي مشكله مع الرسبشن وبتعامله الراقي انحلت كل المشكله شكرا لاخوانا المصريين على التعامل الراقي يستاهل كل خير على ادبه واحسن من يمثل الشيرتون

اشكر طاقم العمل وعلى رأسهم الأستاذ لطفي مدير الاستقبال حسن تعامل ومراعاة للنزلاء وملاحظاتهم كما ان خدمه صف السيارات ممتازه ودقيقة الفندق قريب من اهم معالم دبي مثل دبي مول سأكرر التجربة بالتأكيد في الشتاء

الفندق جميل جدا والنظافة جدا ممتازة والموظفين مبتسمين ورحوبين وشكر خاص الاستاذ لطفي على حسن المعاملة وسعة الصدر جدا كان خدوم ومرحب في اي وقت وخدمة صف السيارات كانت جميلة وبسرعة ياخذون السيارة مافي انتظار
