إزدحام وسوء تنظيم نقص حاد في الكوادر والموارد إنعدام التواصل الفعّال فيما بين الموظفين والموظفين والزوار!غلاء فاحش في الأسعار بصرف النظر عن المواسم - تكلفة أربع ليالي سيئة للغاية تفوق الـ ١٠٠٠٠ الآف درهم!!!بيئة غير صحية للأطفالالفندق جداً سئ بكل المقاييس!

حجم الغرف ممتاز ، والفندق يقع في اكثر الأماكن حيوية في دبي وهو قريب من الأسواق والمولات والمطاعم الأكثر شهره في دبي وايضا قريب من الأماكن السياحية والتحارية ، سأعاود التجربه مره أخرى في هذا الفندق الرائع.

تجربة رائعة للمرة الثانية انزل في هذا الفندق الخدمات جيدة جدآ الموظفين متعاونيين جدآ جميع الخدمات متوفرة المكان قريب من المطار وكل شيء تحصل عليه بسهولة اظافة الى كادر العمل الرائع الذي يلبي طلبك في اي وقت وخاصة الموظف Rajeev متعاون جدآ واقدم شكري الخاص له

انصح بشكل كبير الاقامة في الفندق حيث الهدوء وروعة المكان والموقع والنظافة بصراحة لم اخسر قيمة االحجز واتمنى الحجز فيه مرة اخرى الموقع جذاب وتعامل طاقم الفندق برحابه وسريعين في خدمة النزيل جمال الغرف والنظافة لا تحتاج الى تعليق فهي جميله جداً
