الازعاج بين الغرف جدا عالي جودة الغرف والديكور جدا قديمه ومستهلكه ،، المكيفات سيئه وتتعطل فجاه في منتصف اليوم ،، مدخل الفندق غير مريح ومزدحم جدا ... عملية تسجيل الخروج اخذت وقت طويل لحين الانتهاء منها

On this occasion however it seems we have fallen short. I apologize for the inconveniences you faced with the room, the checkout, and the crowds.
