Thank you for having taken the time to complete our guest survey following your recent stay at Majestic Arjaan by Rotana.
I am very much concerned about your feedback, and we would like to inform you that we take your comments seriously as this will enable us to serve you better. The hotel normal check-in time is at 2:00PM but we can accommodate such request for early check-in if we room are ready and available and for that reason, unfortunately, we were not able to serve on your request.
With the current situation we face now, cleaning and sanitation of the rooms is a must, and we follow a tedious protocol that it takes more time to prepare the room to ensure maximum level of safety is met.
Mr. Hussain, again, we highly appreciate your feedback that has enable us as well to explain our side.
We do hope that you would not judge us by this particular experience and that you will give us another chance to welcome and serve you should your travels bring you back to Bahrain.
