Thank you for providing feedback on TripAdvisor, which will allow us to explain our position.
As our colleagues have mentioned, Snaptravel and our hotel do not currently have an agreement. But, setting that aside, should we receive your booking through them, we will definitely book and confirm the reservation in our system. Room bookings are the main source of income in a hotel, so there is no reason for us not to book if we have received the request.
Moving forward, our team will contact SnapTravel about this so that such an incident does not occur again. Nonetheless, even thought it was not our fault, we regret that you had to endure such inconvenience.
