ومناسب للعائلات جدا جدا
وتوافر المواقف بالسرداب

الخدمه ممتازه والفندق اكثر من روعه وهذي مو اول مره وله اخر مره ان شاء الله والمطعم اكله نظيف والخدمه ممتازه

الفندق لابأس به لكن ادوات المطبخ وخاصة السكاكين مصديه وباليه ياليت يهتمون فيها اكثر ويهتمون في نظافة وروائح الممرات في الفندق
وايضا السعر مبالغ فيه طبعا العمال بشوشين وموقع الفندق ممتاز لكن اتمنى يأخذون هذي الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار ايضا تم ابلاغهم عن ادوات المطبخ والصدا الموجود فيها لكن لم يتم تغييرها

Your comments regarding the condition of the kitchen utensils and the cleanliness of the hotel corridors are deeply concerning, and we assure you that this does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain.

المكان نظيف وأنيق وجميع العاملين متميزين في التعامل
الخدمة سريعة وممتازة موقع الفندق قريب للاماكن السياحي وأغلب الاماكن قريبةوشكر خاص Sahayog ومليسيا Mlisia والاستقبال الاخ مصري بس للاسف ماعرف اسمه كان في قمة الاخلاق وايضا المنقدين في المسبح

فندق في قمة الروعة والرتابة يقدم للعوائل كل سبل الراحة والاستجمام، ولكن أريد أن أنوه إلى وجوب التأكد من صيانة الثلاجة في غرفة 219 حيث لم تكن برودة العصائر والمياه التي نضعها بالشكل البارد جدا رغم تغييري لدرجة البرودة. وشكرا لخدماتكم المميزة
