Steigenberger Aqua Magic is indeed an international hotel in the making and we are glad to welcome guests from all around the world and with no differences in nationalities. We are very sorry that you had a different impression and want to ensure you that this is certainly a misunderstanding. We do serve and host all our guests in the same way with the maximum possible of service. Your valued comment regarding the prices are partly correct , certainly like worldwide handles prices are different are according to nationalities not by foreign or local price.
We actually pride ourselves on the efficiency and friendliness of our service teams as our greatest asset. Should we not have managed for any reason to provide you with the expected level of service, we do apologize.
Despite our constant efforts to provide the highest level of service and the constant satisfaction of our guests, unfortunately things sometimes go wrong. So we regret to read that the guests had some problems regarding the room cleanliness. We assure you that the cleanliness deficits in the room which are described by no means meet the demands of our house. We do sincerely apologize and assure you all needed corrective measures were implemented immediately
Finally, we can currently only hope that the positive memories of your holiday will dominate and that you give us a second chance again in the future.
