الاكل حلو ولا يوجد تنوع في الوجبات جميع الانشطة ضعيفة سواء ليل او نهار المعاملة سيئة جدا جدا جدا خاصتا للجيست المصري الغرف ضيقة جدا بالمقارنة مع الفنادق الاخرى البحر سئ به شوائب كثيرة جدا ........................سوف لا نكرر التجربة مرة اخرى

We pay special attention to the selection and preparation of our food in all restaurants. Our cuisine is characterized by fresh, local and selected products. Understandably, it is not always possible to satisfy all tastes alike. Further, we have daily changing dinner buffet themes in our main restaurant Magic Flavors with popular dishes from around the world. Our Executive Chef gladly accepts any time suggestions and requests for special dishes, in case guests have difficulties to find dishes matching their palate in one of our two restaurants offered for breakfast, three restaurants for lunch and four restaurants for dinner.
Kindly be informed that the animation team have every day a lot of different activities and a daily different evening program which you can enjoy in our souk area. For sure everyone prefers other kind of shows, so we would be very interested what kind of entertainment program was missing in your opinion because perhaps we can already implement this during your next stay.
We actually pride ourselves on the efficiency and friendliness of our service teams as our greatest asset. Every guest deserve nothing less than a friendly, fast and positive attitude at all times and in all circumstances. This is the absolute minimum that we expect from our employees and is a core part of the training that our employees receive.

مستوى الخدمة كويس و خصوصا في البداية موظفة الاستقبال (مادونا يعقوب) متعاونة جدا و بشوشة
مستوى الآكل جيد و متاح في خلال اليوم كله تقريبا من الصبح لغاية ١٢ الليل، مثلا في فطار متاخر في المطعم الإيطالي و عشاء متاخر لغاية ١٢ الليل
في العاب اكوا متنوعة و مناسبة للكبار و الاطفال
القرية صف تاني بس متاح البحر في شتيجنبرجر الداو و المسافة قريبة و متوفر دايما عربية الجولف، الشاطئ رملي و مفيش صخور بس البحر لو اتنضف شويه يبقى احسن
الانيميشن لطيف و بيعمل انشطة حلوة و عروض بالليل برضة
الموقع متميز جدا انه على الممشى السياحي

الفندق جميل ك فيو فقط بس للاسف خدمة الريسبشن جدا ضعيفة وعددهم قليل لاستيعاب النزلاء وبيعملوا بدون مهنية ،،، الغرف فيها لسه بيتعمل له تجديد وطبعا ما ادراك من الصوت والتخبيط ف وقت الصيانه غلط المفروض بعد السيزون
وللامانه الشباب ال شغالين ف المطاعم والكافيهات

النجاح ده من أصغر موظف لغايه اكبر موظف
اداره ناجحه واجهه مشرفه للسياحه فى مصر
موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين و الغرف نظيفه و الفيو
رائع من الغرفه و المطعم الاكل متنوع
المشكله الوحيده حنعمل ايه السنه الجايه موقفنا محرج قدام بناتى اول مره روحنا الفندق السنه اللى فاتت روحنا مبسوطين و صمموا السنه ديه نروح و انبسطوا جدا طيب و بعدين حنعمل ايه السنه اللى
