كان فندق رائع ورحله جيده مكان جميل والاجمل الاصطف بتاعه فوق الرائع وفي واحد اسمه عاصم في اللوبي شاب محترم واحمد كامل وكل الاصطف ناس محترمه احمد كامل وعاصم من افضل الشخصيات في الفندق احب اشكر كل العاملين في هذا المكان

الاكل سيئ جدا والخيارات محدودة لايوج شبشب وعند طلبه عليك الانتظار للصباح والهاتف لايعمل وقالو سنصلحه ولم يصلحوه وريموت التلفزيون لا يعمل وعند اصلاح الريموت التلفزيون مشوش لا ترى به جيدا وباب الحمام مهترئ والجدران مليئه بالرطوبة ومصرف الشاور لا يصرف الماء بسرعه مما يخرج ما فيه من اوساخ .

Your opinion will help us to make service better and goods more qualitative for YOU! about food, the hotel has 2 main restaurants and 3 a la carte, also at lunchtime the snack bar prepares pizza, burgers and pasta. Unfortunately, during your visit, you did not have time to taste all the variety of food provided by the hotel, and therefore, on your next visit, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in the Ala Carte restaurant. Regarding slippers in the room, all extras in the rooms depend on the contract with your travel agency, please check with them what was included in your tour package. We are sincerely sorry that your holiday did not go as you expected, so we are waiting for you again to improve your impression of us. kind regards Bellagio Hotel Team

الاستقبال عند وصول الفندق كان أقل من عادي، الطعام كان سيئ جدا والخيارات محدودة، الخدمة لا ترقى إلى تصنيف الفندق حيث من المفترض وجود شبشبين في الغرفة وذلك لم يكن موجود، فقمت بطلب شبشب الساعة العاشرة مساء الاثنين وصلني الثلاثاء الساعة التاسعة صباحا واتوقع اني مبالغ باعطائه نجمة
