With regards to your comments about no elevators, we do not advertise that we do have and theredore it was your misconception to assume that we have. In a resort with 1301 rooms it is not possible to be carting our guests around, we would have a constant stream of traffic around the resort which would put the health and safety of our guests at risk, and cause a contstant annoyance. Nevethless we will do our utmost to provide this service where mobility is a problem. Again we do not advertiise that we supply robes and slippers, and most hotels in Hurghada do not provide these.
