الطعام جيد و متنوع من عدة مطابخ و المطاعم متميزة في الخدمة خاصك مطعم التوباز و اخص بالذكر الأخ خلف عبد الهادي الذي كان ودوداو و مرحا قدم معلوماترائعة اضافة الى الخدمة. اتمنى ان اعود مجددا في رحلات قادمك في المستقبل لنفس الفندق

المناخ العام جميل جدا والاصطاف ودود للغايه وكل شئ جيد علي المستوي العام ولاكن تنويع وتشكيل الطعام هذا الجزء كان مفقود قسم الترفيه او الانميشن جيدا ومسلي ولاكن بحاجه للترفيه الليلي أكتر او زياده الفقرات جدا اصطاف التوباز المطعم الرئيسي ودود وطيب

With regards to nighttime entertainment we would kindly like to advise that we offer a daily different show in the evening and live music in the lobby bars as well. Night time disco/parties are forbidden due to the current restrictions in place due to Covid-19.
With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking.
