الفندق جميل جدا ويستحق 5 نجوم والعاملين ناس محترمين جدا والغرف والفندق عامة نظيف جدا والغرف شيك ومؤسسة بشكل محترم ولكن الذى لم يعجبنى هو المطعم المنيو غير متنوع والانيماشن تيم ليس على المستوى المطلوب.

3- إجراءات التسكين جيده
4- البيسين جيد
5- البحر جيد
السلبيات
1- سوء معامله المصرين مقارنه بالأجانب
2- لا يوجد أكوابارك
3- الأكل غير متنوع ومتوسط
4- الأنيميشن ضعيف ولا يهتم غير بالأجانب
5- لايوجد برامج للأطفال
6- السناكس ينتهى معادها الساعه 5 والعشاء يبدأ الساعه 7 بين 5و7 لا يوجد مطعم أو مشروبات
