Regarding your comment about a quality of our food, kindly be informed that we accommodate several different nationalities in our hotel and we did not received this comment from your side during your stay, so we don’t understand why you didn’t inform the hotel management otherwise we will find a way to satisfy you.
About the food variety, we have an international buffet for two weeks this Menu is visible for all Guest in the Front of the Restaurant entree. Also we have available 3 a la Card restaurants, so you could contact our guest Service Team to reserve it every night or to use also our 24 hrs Restaurant Grease.
Regarding to the mineral water, kindly be informed that we provide each room mineral water bottles in the room and can be increased if the guest request. The water dispenser distributed in all our premises, outdoor bars and restaurants and room corridors it was partly transparent covered just only to cover it from the sun. Our entire guest national and international drinking it and never comment about it. Furthermore about the reception staff treatment, please advice the Duration and your Name to check in our camera system to investigate this case, the hotel management team are available 24 hours for your service and to solve your problems and take action immediately, because normally our reception staff receive a good review from our guest.
