افضل من المره السابقه في تحسن واضح في الخدمه الاستقبال والتسكين جيد الحجره ممتازه الشاطئ جيد المطعم جيد جدا
الاقامه في حد ذاتها افضل بكثير من المرات السابقه
برجاء مراجعه نظام الحجز فوجبه الغداء لا داعي لها من الافضل ان يكون الحجز half board او بالافطار فقط ولا يزال هو الافضل في الغردقه

شتايجن الدو افضل فندق دخلته على الاطلاق منتهى الابداع فى كل شىء التسكين با احترافيه الغرف رائعه جوده غير عاديه فى المطاعم لم اراها ف اى مكان البحر رملى جميل جدا والمطعم ع البحر حلو جداا الاكوبارك ف فندق الاكو ماجيك ممتازه وكمان دافئه ف الشتا شتايجن الدو كم اعشق هذا المكان

قمت انا واسرتي بقضاء عطلة خلال الفترة من 19 حتي 22 اغسطس 2017 بفندق الشتيجنبرجر الداو بيتش الفندق جميل وكبير والغرفه جميلة وكبيرة والخدمة ممتازة استمتعنا بالإقامة و المعاملة الطيبة من جانب العاملين فى الفندق واذكر بالاسم منهم ( محمود بالريسبشن وحنان ذكي بالمطعم الرئيسي ) ويوجد بعض الملاحظات التي اود ذكرها لعلها تساهم في تحديث الخدمة :
- عدم وجود اساور اليد التى تميز النزلاء التي يترتب عليها اضطرارك لذكر رقم غرفتك العديد من المرات يوميا عند رغبتك فى الاستفادة من اى ميزة او طعام او شراب، فقد نزلت بالكثير من الفنادق بالغردقة بنفس مستوي الفندق ولا احد يسالني عن رقم الغرفة.
- المشروبات العصائر الفرش غير متاحة مجانا داخل المطاعم.

الاوتيل جميل وكبير والغرفه جميله وواسعه وهو بحد ذاته مدينه كبيره قضينا راس السنه فيه ٢٠١٦ لكن كان الطقس بارد شويه لم استطيع ان اسبح في البحر ولا المسبح ولكن اوتيل جميل بمعنى الكلمه وهو بعيد شويه عن الغردقه ولكن التاكسي رخيصه والفندق يقدم لك كل شي ولست محتاج تخرج منه الا اذا حبيت ان تاكل شوربه السمك من عند المطاعم المصريه انا عن نفسي كنت اذهب كل يوم كي اكل الشوربه السمك

قمت أنا و عائلتى بقضاء أجازة الصيف فى الغردقة و النزول فى فندق شتايجنبرجر الداو بيتش فى الفترة من 16 إلى 21 أغسطس 2017 ، إستمتعنا حقاً بالإقامة و المعاملة الطيبة من جانب العاملين فى الفندق و يمكننى سرت بعض الملاحظات:
1- المطعم ممتاز و جميع العاملين يبزلون ما فى وسعهم لإسعاد النزلاء
2- يجب الإستمرار فى تدريب العاملين للحفاظ على مستوى الخدمة
3- واجهتنى مشكلة مع الصيدلية التابعة للفندق وكنت فى أمس الحاجة لدواء وبعد تحويلى تليفونيا للصيدلية لم يستمع لى من فيها وأخبرنى أنه سيتصل بى بعد 5 دقائق ولم يحدث حتى اليوم التالى وعند إبلاغ موظفة الإستقبال قابلت الموضوع برعونة و عدم اكتراث
لكن فى العموم فندق ممتاز

Regarding your comment about lack of communication with the pharmacy’s staff that is located in front of the hotel I would like to highlight that in case of any conflicts between our beloved guests and the outside service’s providers we are always on board in order to help you to reach into a proper agreement. I am more than disappointed that we do not have opportunity to address your comment individually while you were still with us.
