About you complain, we have such first time in the hotel. We take a necessary action, we read the key card and read room lock who opened the room during all the day. We found it was only the guest card.
We have security in the buildings and in the hotel territory. All the staff is checked before leaving the hotel and before go to the room.
Our clients informed security maybe another guest has stolen. But when security started to check the guest the same day, they found that the guest leave without informing room number and his name.
In our All inclusive and in the room there is information about the safe box and the things left out of it.
