كانت من أفضل الاجازات التى قضيتها أنا و عائلتى ، كل شئ رائع اهتمام رائع من جميع العاملين و استعداد دائم على بذل كل الجهد للوصول الى رضاء العميل ، هناك دائما تنوع في الطعام كل يوم ، يوجد كل يوم عروض مختلفة و أنشطة صباحا و أنشطة للأطفال ، أتوق للعودة مرة اخرىالمزيد

احسن وافضل فندق شفته واستمتعت بيه في حياتي الفرق مش في المباني والغرف والشاطئ التي اراها استثنائيه لكن الفرق الحقيقي في جروب العمل خصوصا مستر عبد الحق في الريسيبشن بجد يحتاج الف تعليق في الذوق والادب والتعاون وكمان طقم البار خصوصا حمدي ومحمد وعمرو في مطعم الاكوا بجد طقم العمل ده يضيف كتير اوي لاي مكان هما فيه وخدمه غرف مش في زيها في المبني رقم 3 وكل الناس في المطعم الرئيسي بجد لو في تقييم اكتر من 10 يستحقوه

اقمت فى الفندق لثلاث ليالى .. الغرفة أكثر من رائعة بتجهيزات كاملة تجعل اقامتك مريحة و ممتازة .. .. الفندق صغير و ربما لم استكشفه كله لكن المساحات رحبة و الحدائق رائعة التصميم .. حمامات السباحة صغيرة و تفتقر لوسائل متعة اضافية للأطفال و لكن لا بأس فيبدو ان الفندق مصمم اساسا للهدوء و الإسترخاء .. أكثر ما يميز الفندق الشاطئ الرملى الرائع مع امكانية رؤية الشعاب المرجانية فى حالة توافر نظارات الغطس .. الأطعمة جيدة جداً و متنوعة و الحلويات .. البارات منتشرة و باطلالات رائعة خاصة بارى أكوا و السقالة .. العاملين ممتازين يسألون فى كل دقيقة بلطف بالغ عما اذا كنت مرتاحاً و تحتاج الى أى شئ ..
ملاحظة سلبية واحدة فقط: يوفر الفندق على موقعه صورة لملاهى مائية رائعة (مرفق صورة من الموقع).. عند السؤال عنها تجد انها خارج الفندق و لها fees اضافية لا يشملها ان الإقامة شاملة كلياً .. و بمناقشتى للعاملين اكدوا ان كانت مجانية حتى الموسم السابق ولكن الإدارة غيرت السياسة .. ابديت استغرابى اذ ان وجود الصورة على موقعهم يعنى انها بالضرورة متاحة للاستخدام و خاصة للإقامة الشاملة كلياً .. و لم أحصل على جواب واضح لهذا التعليق
لكن الفندق بصورة عامة أكثر من رائع و أتوق الى تكرار زيارته

We are extremely pleased to learn that you have had a comfortable stay with us. Regarding your comment about the charged visits to Aqua park Makadi Water World, we would like to inform you that normally it is extra charge. Last year there was an offer from 1 May till 31 October 2016 that allowed to include the Aqua park into the room rate. Unfortunately, the offer is no longer valid and there is a mention about that on the hotel description page. Once again, thank you very much for your comments and we are definitely looking forward to welcoming you in the future.

من اجمل الاماكن التى يمكن ان تقضى بها العطلات انت والعائلة والاصدقاء لما يتمتع بة العاملين بالفندق بحسن الاستقبال ولما يتمتع بة الفندق من وقع رائع مناظر خلابة كما ان خدمات الفندق رائعة ويتميز الفندق بقربة من الشاطئ مما يتيح لك الاختيار بين الاستمتاع بمياة البحر او النزول لحمامات السباحة الموجودة بالفندق
