فندق ممتاز وخدمة رائعة وكان يوم خطير مع الاسرة والمطعم ممتاز نوعية الاكل متنوعة ويوجد الاجراءات الاحترازية فى كل انحاء الفندق ونظافة ممتازة وزيارة البحر بالباص كانت رحلة جميلة وممتعة ونتمنى نعيدها مرات ومرات وارشحه لجميع اصدقائنا ان شاء الله

فندق ممتاز خدمه رائعه و متميز بديكورات الاستقبال. العمال و الستاف بشوشين جدا في المعامله. ممتع جدا للأولاد و يميزه وجود ملاهي للأطفال و الألعاب المائيه.
الغرف نظيفه و يتم متابعتها بإستمرار.
منظم جدا و آمن من حيث النضافه و سلامه الاكل.

فندق ممتاز كالعاده كل سنهً بننزل فيه وفعلا محافظ على مستواه من حيث جميع الخدمات
احب اشكر كل الفريق اللى بيشتغل فى المنظومة دى بقياده مستر شريف فعلا الاستاف كله فوق الوصف
ده غير الاكل وتنوعه والاكوا بارك واللونا بارك ممتاز جدا للاطفال والكبار

مبدئيا الاستقبال جيد و سريع في التسكين بالغرف و لكن لا يوجد مشروب الترحيب
الغرف نضيفه و منظمه
الطعام متنوع و جيد و خدمة الموظفين ممتازه
الالعاب المائيه متنوعه و رائعه
المشكله الوحيده بالفندق فريق الانيميشن ضعيف جدا صباحا و يكلد غير موجود مساءا

فندق فن سيتى من أفضل الفنادق التى تناسب العائلات التى تبحث عن المرح والاستمتاع بكل شئ، طاقم العمل بالكامل بدأ من الاستقبال بقيادة مستؤ بوليس وفريق عمله حتى أصغر عامل بالفندق بالكامل فى منتهى الأدب والرقى فى التعامل، الوجبات والسناكس فى منتهى الروعة ، الاهتمام الشديد بالنظافة والتعقيم واضح فى كل مكان بالفندق.
