انا رحت المنتجع كزياره لمشاهدة القريه واخذ فكره عن مدينة مكادى باى الا انى فوجئت بهدوء المكان وروعته والمساحات الكبيره ويوجد بحيه صناعيه امام الشاطئ بمساحه كبيره فى حالة عدم استخدام الشاطئ وبعض اماكن للترفيه ...وغيرها من الاماكن الجميله وتمتاز الغرف برؤية البحر من جميع الزوايه وبها كاتيل وشاى ونسكافيه بجد روعه

السلبيات :المستوي بتاع الفندق قل جدا و الادارة فاشلة و موظفين الريسبشن معندهمش اي فكرة عن اي حاجة خاصة بالفندق،اول لما وصلنا اشتكينا من التكيف و التليفون انهم مش شغالين و مستوي الاكل مش زي الاول و و الشيف العمومي بيحاول يوفر مصاريف فبيسترخص الاكل اللي بيتعمل مش بتكون نوعية اكل بيتقدم في فنادق ابدا البار بمواعيد مع ان الحجز كان all inclusive و لما سألنا فيها الريسبشن قال انا مش مطلوب مني اقول و الافراد السياحية قليلة جدا عن اخر مرة كنت فيها هناك.
الايجابيات : الموقع جميل جدا ، البحر به فيو رائع، يوجد 4 بسين و جاكوزي و كريزي ووتر ،الغرف واسعة ، عروض الانيميشن كانت حلوة و من الناس اللي كانت كويسة هناك رامز بتاع الدي جي و ميمو و روكي من فريق الانيميشن دي الناس اللي خلونا اتبسطنا
لو الادارة للفندق اتغيرت و اتغير معاها الشيف العمومي هيبقا المكان جميل جدا و يهتموا بالناس اللي بتروحلهم اكتر

انا نسرين وكنت في الاوتيل في اجازة العيد مبدئيا الاوتيل من ناحية المساحة فهو حلو جدا واسع وفي مساحات خضرا كتيرة ورغم ان كان زحمة لكن محسناش أنة حد مديقاك بالنسبة للاكل الصراحة متواضع جداً جداً وأحيانا مش مستوي وكتير طعمة مش حلو :( الاوض حلوة وقريبة من البحر وفي منها قريب من حمام السباحة من ناحية النضافة الاوض معقولة ،حمامات السباحة حلوة ونضيفة بس كنا بنتعب في تغير الفوط كانت بتتاخر بالنسبة للموظفين كانوا بيتعملو كويس ودائما بيبتسموا بس حقيقي اكتر حاجة عجبتني فعلا موظفين الرسبشين علي طول مبتسمين وبيتاخروش في اي سؤال وانا بالاخص باشكر مدير الاستقبال عشان كان أسلوبة معانا في منتهي الرقي والزوق وفرلنا حاجات كتير رغم زحمة شغل فأنا نيابة عن كل أسرتي بنشكرك جداً في المجمل الاوتيل وسط بس اكيد لو الأكل اتحسن اكيد هيبقي احلي كتير
