First let us express our deep apologies to your good self and thank you for taking a part of your valuable time to explain the inconveniences you face during your stay with us, as it will be a great support to us defining and enhancing all the potential weaknesses we might be encountering, and according to that we would like to inform you that we have deeply investigated all the incidents reported by your good self, we are ensuring that an immediate corrective actions being taken.
About the stains on the sheets ,the smell in the bathroom and AC, I'm sure, if you asked the cleaner of your room or reception, they would immediately take action. Snacks in our hotel are available from 11.00 to 12.00 at the pool bar.
