1) Our management and the staff of the entire hotel, are always there for our guests and help where they can. They do a hard job every day to make everything possible for our guests. You can always contact our staff and you will be helped.

2) The Jaz Aquaviva Hotel is an international hotel with international cuisine.
Certain staple foods such as rice, pasta, potatoes and meat are served regularly at the buffet, in various variations.
3) The quality of the dishes is always tested for taste, at all times.
Unfortunately, we can not undo your experiences.
