بصراحة المكان تحفه / الاكل كويس جدا / الهاوس كيبنج محترم / وتيم الانيميشن ليه دور مهم جدا هنا / محترمين اوي وزوق جدا جدا وناس فهما شغلها.
المشكله الوحيده في الواي فاي / والسماعات ضعيفه ضعيفه ياريت تبدلوها / والبيسين ياريت يكون اكبر شويه

الفندق جميل جدا ولكن في كام ملاحظة
اولا غرفة النوم لا يوجد بها شامبو او صابون للاستخدام المفترض بيبقا في شامبو و صابون ولا يوجد تعقيم ف الغرفة
تلاجة الغرفة لابد ان يوجد بها بيبسي ومياه علي الاقل
ولايوجد سخان للمشروبات ولا سكر ولا قهوة
لا يوجد بالغرفة سرير للاطفال بالرغم اثناء الحجز تم ابلاغ الرسيبشن بالتفاصيل كامله
ثانيا: بالنسبة للاكل وجبة الافطار والعشاء ممتازين لكن الغداء في بعض الاكل مش جيد
ثالثا. عامل البار اسلوبه مع المصريين يختلف عن الاجانب بيهتم بالاجانب عكس المصريين بالرغم من اني نفس اسعار الحجز
ارجو ان يتم التعامل مع الجميع سواء مصري او اجنبي بنفس الاسلوب

الفندق رائع والخدمه ممتازه ونظافه الغرف جيده جدا وحمام السباحه نظيف ومناسب للاطفال والاكوا مسليه جدا وامضينا وقت ممتع في مشاهده العروض الليليه للكبار والصغار لن تكون المره الاخيره في فندق شمس سفاجا ❤❤❤❤

الرحله كلها من اولها كانت حلوه جدا الغرف نضيفه و الفيو رائع و الاكل متنوع و حلو اوى و الانميشن تيم حفلاتهم جميله و مسليه جدا و كل يوم حاجه مختلفه ده غير الشو بتاع المسابقه كان حلو اووووى و ضحكنا و اتبسطنا جدا معاهم و كلنا مشينا مبسوطين و زعلانين ان احنا هنسيب المكان ان شاء الله هنيجى تانى

مكان جميل جدا جدا و الاكل تحفه و الاستف كويس جدا و معاملته محترمه جدا و الغرفه نضيفه جدا و مهتمين جدا بنظافه الغرف و المطعم و البارات بصراحه كل حاجه هناك تحفه مفيهاش غلط من اجمل الامكان اللي روحتها و مش اخر مره اكيد هروح المكان ده
