النظافة الخدمة الجيدة الغرفة فسيحة النظافة جيدة الغرف البيتش فيو اجمل من الغرف بسين فيو ولكن الاجمالي الفندق والعاملين جيد جدا ويمتاز بحفلات وسهرات ليلية وانشطة جميلة جدا وايضا الانشطة الرياضية واهم شئ الشعب المرجانيه بمجرد نزول البحر

أقمت بالفندق 3 ليالي 4 أيام بشهر فبراير 2016 مع العائلة
المنتجع رائع
به 3 حمامات سباحة ( حمام كبير جدا غير دافي - حمام متوسط دافئ - حمام صغير غير دافي )
يوجد 2 مطعم للعشاء ومطعم للافطار والغذاء
الطعام متوسط لا سيء ولا ممتاز
خدمة الغرف جيدة
نظافة الفندق ممتازة
الشاطيء جيد ويمكن نزول البحر من المارينا
يوجد وسائل ترفيه كثيرة ( ملاعب - انشطة جيم - حضانة للاطفال - غطس - رحلات بحرية - سفاري - عروض ليلية مجانية )
الفندق وقت اقامتى به تقريبا كله اجانب وعدد محدود من المصريين والعرب

انا اتبسط جدا وكل حاجة كويسة واستطاف كله محترم وكويس وبعد كده هاجي الاوتيل ده على طول والاكل تحفة وانا اتبسط انا وبابا وماما وكنت اتمناه اعد اكتر من اسبوع بس ان شاءالله اجي تاني واعد شهر مش اسبوع انا نفسي اشكر بجد كل ناس وكل واحد

للمرة الثانية تكون زيارتى لرويال جراند.كانت المرة الأولى فى أغسطس 2014.وهذه الزيارة فى يونيو 2015.بصراحة وجدت الفندق ممتاز فى كل مرة...الإستقبال ممتاز وسريع جدا ويلبى لك كل طلباتك..الغرف جميلة ومريحة - فقط الملحوظة الوحيدة على الفندق هو يجب الإهتمام بتحديث أثاث الغرف - ...الفندق نظيف فى كل مكان والعاملون فيها ودودين وتشعر وكأنك فى بيتك أو أفضل.... أشكر شيف المطعم الرئيسى وكذلك المطعم الإيطالى.الكل كان متنوع وجميل جدا.وكل يوم جديد.كذلك الحلويات كانت رائعة...الخدمة على حمامات السباحة وعلى الشاطىء كانت ممتازة والنظافة فى كل مكان...فريق الأنيمشن كان جميل جدا وقضينا معه وقت جميل..
بصراحة لا يسعنى الا أن أقول لكل العاملين فى رويال جراند شرم شكرا لكم.
