We are very happy to learn that the service of our team members, hotel territory, hotel location and food met your expectations.
Our hotel standard is that we provide in all the rooms a mini bar which keeps the stuff in a normal cool temperature.
A kettle is available upon request free of charge. You could simply have contacted the reception or Guest Relation Team and it would be put in you room.
Regarding the ants and cockroaches...our hotel procedure is to spray the hotel territory via our Pest Control Company. Egypt is a state in northeast Africa therefore other insects appear than for example in Europe, Australia, Asia.
People who travel to African countries should take up this.
