We are glad that you were satisfied with hotel location. As for the renovation we have started gradually with renovation process in the rooms.
We believe that the buffet caters to everyone but with 500 guests of different nationalities ranging from infants to senior citizens we recognize that some guest might be more difficult to satisfy than others, hence our willingness to cater individually as needed and upon request.
We apologize for the unacceptable behavior of some individuals of the team members; please rest assured that we will take immediate and serious actions in this regard.
