Please accept my apology for your need to comment, and allow me to clarify the situation
In regards your booking for two rooms with king size bed, which is not available in the hotel, my colleague explained to you that it is not available and he suggested to join the two beds and you agreed, after a while you went to reception claiming that you want king size bed and you need to meet a manager; when he explained to you that the available king size would be in the ground floor in the same building you agreed and transferred.
About the buffet; we are keen to provide the guest with different food variety on the buffet in order to cover all the guest desires, as well we do have specialty restaurants; for our guest satisfaction, still our B&F provide you with special food
We do have standard room amenities which was provided on daily basis in your room and whenever you ask for extra; our Stylist was handing it over to you.
