تم ترشيح نوفوتيل من قبل الاصدقاء و كانت اول زياره لهذا الفندق ومن اجمل مميزات نوفوتيل الاهتمام بالزبون سوا مصري او اجنبي وهذا احترمه كثيرا تقابلت مع بعض الشخصيات الممتازه و علي رآسهم الشخصيه الخلوقه الاستاذ سيد نعيم يعمل مدير بالمطعم هناك واحب اشكره كثيرا علي اهتمامه و علي الخدمه الممتازه ودايما بيسآل بعد الوجبات اخبار الخدمه اه و دايما سريع الاستجابه واحب اشكرا ايضا كلا من العاملين داخل المطعم علي حسن الاستقبال و الضيافه واخيرا لم انسي السيد . روما من قسم خدمه العملاء علي اهتمامه. سوف اقوم بزياره مره اخري ان شاء الله

فندق نوفوتيل من الفنادق المحترمة والمحببه بالنسبة ليا ولافراد أسرتي من حيث التقدم و الارتقاء بمستوي الخدمه و احترام الضيوف و ايجاد حلول من قبل موظف العلاقات روما و قمت بالحجز من خلال الفندق و تم حجز غرفه 4105 وكانت قريبة من حمام السباحه و ولكبر سن والدتي فكانت الغرفه من الغرف الممتازة وشكر خاص لكل شخص في الفندق علي مستوي الخدمة و انا دائم السكن هناك و تقريبا ازور هذا الفندق أكثر من ثلاث مرات سنويا فندق على أعلى مستوى و خدمه و بوفيه و تعامل على أعلى مستوى.Don't Forget Mr.Roma The best Guestrealtion
