كل الخدمات رائعة الفندق ممتاز لكن بيحتاج ال تعديل في خدمة الانترنت لتكون بسعر مناسب و اختيار عمالة اكثر فهما لطبيعة النزيل الطعام من افضل ما يمكن لكن الشاطئ لا يليق ب الفندق حيث ان الشيزلونجات كلها متهالكة و لا تليق بفندق بهذا المستوي

يعتبر هيلتون شاركس باي من الأماكن المميزه بشرم الشيخ حيث يتميز بالموقع المميز علي البحر الأحمر حيث للمنتجع شاطء خاص ومسابح كثيره رائعه وغرف مان اطاله رائعه ومطاعم كثيره تقدم أصناف مختلفه من الطعام رائعه المذاق ويتميز العاملين بتفانيهم في العمل حيث يقومون بعملهم علي اكمل وجه وتميز بدأ من العاملين بالرسبشن وخدمه الغرف وحاملي الحقائب والعاملين بالمطاعم والبارات وكل الموظفين وذلك لتلبيه جميع متطلباتنا بسرور وسعاده وشكر خاص لموظفي الاستقبال الرسبشن لسرعه التسكين دون تأخير اوتعطيل شكرا لكل العاملين

الخدامه ممتازة من الموظفين ولكن المستوي للنزلاء سيئ جدا مستوي الاكل ضعيف ليس كما كان من قبل في وجود نزلاء اجانب والمقصود بذلك ليس الشيف ولكن محتويات الاكل عدم السيطره علي حمامات السباحه ويعني ذلك عدم الاتزام بزي السباحه
