اسوأ نضافه..اسوأ تباعد ...لا توجد احتياطات كوفيد...اسوأ أكل...المطعم ملوث ...تجربه سيئه للغايه ..للاسف لا توجد ابسط ادوات الامان...عشوائيه رهيبه...عدم الالتزام بالماسك من كل العاملين..عدم نظام الغرف و عدم نظافه..افراد الرسبشن فقط متعاونين

لا يوجد اهتمام بالطلابات من الغرف
رف الدولاب واقع
سور البلكونه مفكوك
طلبنا مكواه اربع مرات جت تاني يوم ومحروقه
الفوط لازم تمشي مشوار وتستلمها بكارت ولازم ترجعها بعد الشاطى وتستلم الكارت 🥴
الشاطئ بعيد جداااا وكله صخر
وتستنى الاتوبيس كل نص ساعه ويا تلحق يا متلحقش

اولا احب اوشه الشكر لموظفين الرسيبشن تم التسكين باكرا وهم فى منتهى الرقى والزوق والاخلاق حقيقى ومتعاونين لاقصى درجه ويوجد خبرة فالتعامل من الجيست باحترافيه شديدة وبشوشين جدا
موقع الفندق جميل فهو قريب من سوهو سكوبر ويوجد فى اجمل مكان فى بحر شرم خليج القرش للاستمتاع بالسنوركليج حيث الشعب المرجانيه الخلابه والاسماك الملونه
يوجد اكثر من حمام سباحه واكوابارك فمنتهى النظافه حقيقى ومتدرج
المطعم اكلاته متنوعه وجيدة المذاق غير ذلك فالعاملين بشوشين ومنتهى الزوق والتعاون
فريق الانيميشن يقوم بحفلات وفقرات متنوعه صباحا ومساءا ويبذل اقصى مجهود لفرحه النزلاء والاطفال
اوجه شكر خاص جدا لامن الفندق لسرعه حل اى مشكله حتى لو بسيطه
عموما مفيش حد اتعاملت معاه فالفندق كان وحش حتى اللايف جارد عالبحر منتهى الاخلاق وخفه الدم واللايف جارد فالاكوابارك كذلك وبيخافو عالاطفال اكتر من اهلها
يوجد.اهتمام بالنظافه جدا والاجراءات الاحترازيه
