I truly regret that we did not meet your expectations. I am very concerned regarding your experience with the check-in, rooms and cleaning service, dining facilities, check-out and also with the disappointment you express when speaking about your vacation.
As for the early check-in and late check-out, please, be informed: we usually provide it for sake of guests’ satisfaction according to availability, however, nowadays due to extremely high hotel occupancy these services could not be confirmed.
As for the Wi-Fi, please, be noted we have wireless connection in the lobby and in rooms free of charge and an IT technician available at all times to assist anyone struggling to connect to the Wi-Fi.
Once again, thank you for your opinion. All your comments have been passed already to the proper department heads for consideration and for taking actions where necessary.
I shall ensure, if you would give us second chance someday, you would find a lot of improvements in all the fields.
