Thank you for taking the time to post a review for our resort, and we regret that you were unhappy with your stay, and we would like to take the oppurtunity to address some of your points.

1. You mention that the 'rooms are full of insects', while we are keen to keep our guests comfortable and take measures in doing so, we can only do so to a certain extent, for example we spray mosquito repellent around the resort at dawn and dusk. However sharm el sheikh is a desert area and will naturally be full of different types of insects and indeed wildlife, this cannot be helped by the hotel, but we advise you to express your concerns to nearby staff to deal with any issues you may have.

2. We regret that the rooms, bathrooms, swimming pools, gardens, beaches and the sea itself did not meet your expectations. We will address the cleanliness of the hotel with the staff because this is of upmost importance, but we must reiterate that if the cleanliness of something is not to your expectation, please feel free to communicate to the staff who are always available. However we are surprised by your dissatisfaction of the beach and the sea which is a particular area we take great pride in, we have one of the best diving areas in Hadaba and guests often come to dive and snorkel at our resort.

3. Finally you mention that you do not know how this can be a hotel, we are a hotel approved by the Egyptian ministry of tourism, and we take great pride in ensuring our guests are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.
