We were delighted to know that you enjoyed your time and you liked the pools, rooms view and our staff service and attitude.

Regrading your comment about the food quality please note that all our ingredients are of the highest quality available in the market. We cater to all tastes and nationalities so we have daily theme nights in the main restaurant buffet and daily varied menus providing; meat, chicken, fish, pasta station and vegetarian corner . There is also a separate section for kids and families. However should you still not be able to find anything fitting your tastes we have two other restaurants in SOHO square that are included in your All-Inclusive package, these out of the hotel dining privileges are unique to the Sierra and such privileges will not be found in any other all-inclusive hotels in the area, lastly all restaurants in SOHO & Savoy Hotel offer a 35% discount to sierra guests.


Sierra Beach is about 500m from the Sierra Lobby and we have a regular shuttle bus going there and back every 30 minutes from morning to sunset. The golden, sandy beach is 72 x 45 metres, which we find substantial and there is plenty of room on the beach and around the pools to accommodate everyone even when the hotel is full.. The view from our beach is beautiful and we have been complimented on it on many occasions.


On the subject of the animation, the chief of animation has been informed of your comment as we are always trying to move forward with our service to the customers and therefore there is an on-going training program in place.
