فندق جيد جدا والخدمة جيدة وتعامل الموظفين راقى من استقبال وسرعة التسكين وابتسامة الموظفين شكرا لكل الموظفين ( محمد علي من الاستقبال - ابراهيم من الكونسيرج - علاء من اللوبي بار ) وناس تانية كتيرة مش متذكر اسمائهم.
المطاعم متنوعة وجودة الاكل عالية و نظافة الغرف ممتازة وتعامل ادارة الفندق والتنظيم ممتاز انصح بالذهاب الى هذا الفندق الشئ الوحيد ان الفندق بعيد شوية عن خليج نعمه لاكن متوفر باص بيروح لنعمه وسوهو.

انا أقمت بالفندق 6 ليالي من أجمل الايام بالنسبالي الفندق علي مستوي عالي جدا من حيث طريقة تعامل الموظفين بداية من الاستقبال بالورد من الكونسيرج وموظفين الاستقبال بالابتسامة الجميله الدائمه ومشروب الوصول جميل ولذيذ والأكل بالمطعم الرئيسي ونظافة الغرف واللوبي بار بيعملو كوكتيلات جميله استلمنا الغرفه بسرعه عرض شهر العسل بتشوف حمام السباحة والمدير العام ديماً موجود والمديرين كلهم بيهتمو بكل الجيست ومدير الاستقبال ومدير المطعم شكرا لكم والانيميشن بيعملو عروض ممتعه, محمد علي من الاستقبال نظم لنا عشاء رومانسي علي مطعم حمام السباحة وارسل لنا كيكة عيد ميلاد, شكرا لduty manger محمد احمد.
الشئ الوحيد السلبي ان الفندق بعيد عن خليج نعمة.
