I want to extend my disappointment for not enjoying your vacation through our destination but just only the relaxation & the beach sitting as you mentioned although that we have Disco , Animation Team , Spa , Gym , Billiard , Ping Bong , Play Station , Cinema Room , Shisha Corner Badawi Style , as Safari trips ...etc , but you may not enjoyed or attracted to any of this because of not too much guests as you imagined as you may found the other hotels in different destinations .

Kindly i want to explain that our hotel in this period got cozy , relaxing mode only for this period as in all our destination but it is not abandoned as you imagined , as Taba destination got different market , so the guests who come always in this periods the one who like relaxation mode but starting from April till end of summer our hotel is full as others in the destination so you could at this period feel the facilities we provide & all our entertainment , as a kind of assurance for what i mentioned is our hotel page celebrations & parties we got as the facilities we provide in addition to the tripadvisor hotel page if you searched you will find a lot of parties and entertainment with a lot of guests in pictures.

Really , i appreciate your feeling that you couldn't feel the facilities provided or offers because not the number of guests you needed to enjoy.

Regarding food comment as it is not tasty , we know that food taste is different from person to other & for different nationalities but for sure we as hotel management try to satisfy all guests tastes as our main aim is guest satisfaction , so i wished you could contacted us while your accommodation to extend your comment to the concerned department head as an immediate action was going to be taken to provide the food taste you need as your explanation .

Regarding the room cleaning average it will be extended and negotiated with the concerned department head to improve our service & avoid such a comment forward as we always do not accept the average we always go for the excellence in service.
