Definitely It is our great pleasure and gratitude to receive any comments which serve us to consistently maintain the high standards of service as to extend my disappointment for not enjoying your vacation through our destination. Kindly with no offence or review doubt , i think that your highness wrote the comment not under the correct hotel name plus posting our hotel name by default , After reading the rest of your comment , we checked during the period you mentioned all our reference guest comments records as we are kin to approach the guest continuously while his stay & record it since the minute of arrival till departure from the surveys & courtesy calls as any other approach for the guest from any department as we checked all those records so we found no comments or complain related to what you reviewed as if we received really those comments we had to record it & take an immediate actions from all the concerned department heads as we used + our hotel system going ,but we as hotel management will never turn to this service recovery.
Appreciate to send me those data ,your room number , full name , date of the check in & out , company name you reserved through even if your review not related to our hotel name & was posted by default , send us through our email ( fom@toliptaba.com) , that it is to assure my respond to you & if our revise regarding your data turned to be right so we will appreciate your sent as a hotel management as this will help us to check this defect if it turned right as taking serious action to avoid it forward , as soon as i got your data reply i will message you for both cases if it will turn right or as default..
