Hotel management.

Kindly be informed that this guest arrived at the hotel on 06.08.2019, where he had a pre-booking for four rooms. At the time of accommodation, the guest did not complain about anything in the room. During the departure on the morning of 08.08.2019, the reception desk was informed by Housekeeping department that TV screen inside the room has broken. Guest was informed and we went with him to the room, when he saw the break, he told us that he did not use the TV during his stay. Knowing that a family member said that she tried to connect the Internet to the screen but can’t use. We called The tour guide for the travel agent and was informed of the cost of the break and that the management has the flexibility to make a discount for the guests. Then the guests shouted at the company tour guide. We talked to them again in a very quiet way but they didn't respond. All of this took a very long time until the administration decided to allow them to leave without paying anything in order to avoid any problems with the guests. However, the guests refused to leave, demanding another night to add compensation for what happened or calling police tourism instead of thanking the administration for allowing them to leave without paying. Their request was rejected and the police were contacted at their request. Before the arrival of the tourist police, they provoked all the workers. By shedding their mobile phone cameras and talking inappropriately this led to clashes between them and security personnel at the entrance of the hotel and this led to injuries from both sides then came the tourism police and investigated the reality and the record was released then the guests left the hotel.الخارجية توضح بشأن الاعتداء على العائلة الاردنية في طابا

عمون - أوضحت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين الحادث الذي تعرضت له عائلة اردنية في مدينة طابا المصرية .
وقالت الوزارة، انها تتابع منذ الامس بالتنسيق مع السفارة الاردنية في مصر ومركز العمليات وتم وتقديم المساعدة وأنهاء المشكلة .
كما تم اليوم إعادة التواصل مع العائلة الاطمئنان عليهم وأعلمونا بأنهم بأتجاهم إلى عمان.
وزادت ان الحادث كما افادت به الشرطة المصرية ليست حالة اعتداء وانما خلاف على شاشة مكسورة في الفندق وكان الفندق ينوي تغريمهم سعر الشاشة مما أدى إلى مشادة كلامية بينهم.
