من أجمل الفنادق في مدينة بورصة ،،، يتميز الفندق باللوبي الكبير والواسع بالأضافة إلى طاقم أستقبال ممتاز كما تتميز الغرف بالأثاث الجديد والفخم والمساحة الكبيرة بالأضافة إلى وجود حمام كبير ونوعين من الشاور... مطعم الفندق كبير وبه تنوع في الطعام ،،، بجانب الفندق من جهة بوابة الدخول مجموعة كبيرة من المطاعم والمقاهي كما ويوجد مول خلف الفندق يبعد خمس دقائق فقط (مشي) ،،، يعيب الفندق فقط شبكة الواي فاي فهي ضعيفة جدا سواء بالغرف أو اللوبي

الفندق اكثر من رائع و اطلاله جميلة وتعامل موظف الاستقبال جدا راقي 💕. يوجد الكثير من الخدمات مقابل الفندق من مطاعم وكافيهات و العاب للاطفال وكذلك الموقع قريب جدا من ملعب التمساح ملعب اولومبي كبير ، تفتح المطاعم والكافيهات لوقت متاخر 👍🏻

فندق قذر وسيء للغاية والنظافة جدا سيئة !! مع قذارة الاسرة وروائحها الكريهة - التكيف حار جدا مع رطوبة - عند تنظيف الغرف ياخذون الكرت للكهربا بدون استاذان مع العلم تكرار هذا الشي وليس وعند فصل الكهربا يتم اطفاء التكيف وتكون الغرفة جدا حارة ولا يمكن النوم فيها

الفندق نظيف وفخم ومريح بكل المقاييس. خدمة ممتازة. مطعم متنوع وكبير. جميع وسائل الترفيه والراحة متوفرة فيه من مسبح و حمام سونا وحمام تركي وعثماني كذلك صالة رياضيه . الموظفين فيه تعاملهم لطيف ومبادرين بالخدمة والترحيب
