هناك مشكله في موضوع الإضاءة في نهار او صباح تظهر أشعة الشمس القوية يكون دخول الضوء جدا قوي لد يعيق النوم لكن السيدة جيسي المديرة متعاونه جدا في موضوع موضوع الغرف والاسعار

السلام عليكم ، اود تقديم ملاحظة على الفندق و ذلك لتحسين خدماتكم في المستقبل و رفع مستوى رضا العملاء و هي ضمن النقاط التالية :-
١- ازعاج كبير في الممرات حيث يوجد اطفاا يلعبون لفترات طويلة ، تحدثت مع موظفي الفندق و ابلغوني بأنهم سيتعاملون مع الامر و لكن استمر الازعاج ، لذلك ارجو التنبيه على العائلات التي تسكن لديكم بعدم تواجد الاطفال في الممرات دون مرافقين بالغين .
٢- عمل جهاز الانذار في الساعة 2:00 ليلاً و بصوت عالي و هذا يشكل ازعاج كبير لكافة المقيمين خاصة بأن الوقت متأخر و هي فترة نوم و راحة .
٣- اردت تمديد الحجز لايام قادمة و تم رفض الطلب من الفندق ، علما بأني زبون دائم في الفندق لذا ارجوا و لو من باب المجاملة اعطاء الاولوية في الحجز للزبائن الدائمين .
