انا اقدر الخدمة وترحيب ونظافة وراحة وموقع هذا الفندق الرائع. اتمنى ان ازوره في المرات القادمة وانا انصح كل من يبحث عن الراحه ونظافة ولموقع والهدوء والرفاهية والخدمات انصح ان يختار هذا الفندق لانه الفندق لافضل وبدون منافس

اشكر كل من تعامل معي من موظفين استقبال من نطافه الغرف وخدمه قيس اشكر جزير الشكر لتعامله واسلوبه الراقي واستقباله الراقي لي ل معاويه الربابعه فندق رائع وأكثر من رائع وغرف جدا مريحه وهادئه ونظيفه جدا حدا

كل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وطاقم العمل على المقابلة الرائعة والسلوك الحضارى الذى يتناسب مع حجم وقيمة دولة الإمارات العربية بصفة عامة وطبيعة إمارة العين بصفة خاصه

نشكركم على الخدمه ونتمى لكم المزيد من النجاح والتطور ، فندق رائع والخدمه جيده ، الموقع ممتاز والغرف رائعة ، ولكن لم يتم مراعات بطاقه العضويه روتانا وكان يجب اعطائنا جناح وليس غرفه ، أتمنى النظر في هذه النقطه لاحقا

لي تجربتين في هذا الفندق ووجدت الفارق بينهم من خلال الاستقبال والسعر والتعامل من قبل الموظفين ,, الفندق متكامل وموقعه المميز يشجع ان يتم زيارته والاستمتاع به من جهه والاستمتاع بمدينة العين من جهة اخرى ...

نظافه الغرف سيئه جدا و عدم البطاقة وايضاً السعر مقابل الخدمه كثير و الحصول على الغرفه متاخر و طلب الخروج من الغرفه الساعة واحده هذا ليس عدلاااااااااا هذه ثاني خبره مع هيلي ريحان رحلتي الاولى كانت ممتازة لكن هذه المره كانت سيئه أيضا التلفاز لا يعمل
