اقمت مع العائله والاقارب ليلة واحدة وتأخر الموظف في تسجيل الدخول اكثر من ساعة ونصف بالرغم من عدم وجود ازدحام
الغرفة نظيفة و متواضعة
المنتجع يمتد لمساحات واسعة وحبذا لو يتم توفير مقاعد وبعض الانشطة ومسابح اضافية على الطرقات لمحبي التنزه
منطقة الافطار مساحتها جيدة ولكن غير متنوع ويحتاج اعادة تنظيم
تاريخ الإقامة: سبتمبر 2021الغرفة نظيفة و متواضعة
المنتجع يمتد لمساحات واسعة وحبذا لو يتم توفير مقاعد وبعض الانشطة ومسابح اضافية على الطرقات لمحبي التنزه
منطقة الافطار مساحتها جيدة ولكن غير متنوع ويحتاج اعادة تنظيم

خدمة توصيل العملاء داخل الفندق سيئة جدا جدا تاخذ وقت طويل جدا جدا للانتظار ووصل المركبة ، والزام ايقاف المركبة خارج الفندق ،، مما تضطر لانتظار توفر مركبة جولف كار لاخذك من المواقف للغرفة او العكس او التوصيل الى المسبح او المطعم

Dear Valued Guest,
Thank you very much for your comments following your recent stay with us. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused with regards to transportation services. Whilst not making any excuse, due to unique structure of our resort it will take minimum of 15 minutes for the Shuttle to take its full round. Your review will be shared with my team in order to understand the shortfalls in service and in order for us to continuously improve. We hope to welcome you back in the near future.
