قبل وصولنا الي فندق ولدورف استوريا راس الخيمه وجدنا حفاوه الاستقبال حتي وصولنا الي تسجيل البيانات والحصول علي مفاتيح الغرفه عند الوصول الي الغرفه كانت معقمه حسب الإجراءات الاحترازيه المطلوبه الجميع يتسابق لتقديم المساعده وجدت اوليقا قامت بتخلص الإجراءات وكانت المتابعه مستمره حتي انتهاء رحلتنا وكذلك السيد تنتو قام بتخلص الإجراءات اللازمة والسيد حميد والمدعو اندرو كانت له جهود طيبه توجهنا الي المطعم وجدنا طاقم الموظفين يتسابقون لتقدم افضل الخدمات كل شي في الفندق ولدورف استوريا راس الخيمه روووعه الغرف بها نظافه عاليه المستوي قابلنا مدير الاستقبال والمسؤول عن الإدارة السيد كريستوفر يبذل جهود عاليه لراحه الزبائن كذلك في الكوفي شوب كان المدعو سجوه وزمليه
