الفندق مستوى جيد لكن خدمه العملاء بحاجه لتطوير 45 دقيقه علشان انهيت تسجيل الدخول وكل شوي يعطوني غرفه والغرفه لم تكن مستوى 5 نجوم وعند الوصول قمت بحمل حقائبي بدون مساعده لانه لم يكن هناك عمال لا لحمل الحقائب ولا لايقاف السياره

فندق مميز مع سرعة في الاستجابة وسعر ممتاز مقابل الفيلا جميع المرافق قريبة من الفيلا وحسن استقبال وخدمة صف السيارات رائعة وسريعة وتعاون موظفي المطعم وسرعة استجابتهم للطلبات كما ان اجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج سلسة

قمت بحجز فيلا على شاطيء البحر روعة جداً والمكان هاديء ورومانسي ومناسب للعائلات،، الاطفال سيستمتعون في المرافق وخاصة المسابح المتوفرة ومنطقة الالعاب.، الغرفة جيدة جداً مريحه وحجمها مناسب جداً ،، انصح الجميع بزيارة المكان
