السلام عليكم موقع امتيازه الفندق نظيف جدا معاملة متازه في جميع النواحي الخدمات متازه الغرفه نظيفة الاستقبال متازه الموظف اسمه جمال اسمه قمه الخلاق يساعده الككل شكرا الف شكر جمال واذا رجع الفندق اول ما اجي اسلام علي جمال لأنه احسن واحد في الفندق تعامل مع الناس جميعا
عندما قررت الحجز نظرت الى اراء العملاء وكانت مشجعه للحجز ولكن فندق لا يستحق الخمس نجوم ولا يستحق مبلغ الذي دفع من اجل ليليتن حتى الاطلاله لا معلم ولا مدينه ولا الكورنيش وانما بنايه قديمه تسمع اصوات التكييف داخل الغرفه وعندما ذهبنا الى البركه لا يوجد منقذ بالرغم كن وحود عدد كبير من الاطفال من غير والديهم او شخص يبلغ من العمر ١٦ عاما حيث لا يتم احترام الضيوف من قبل الاطفال ذهبت الى مسؤول البركه قام باخباري هذه الاطفال امهم تقوم بالمساج عذر جميل لترك الاطفال دون رقابه افضل مافي الفندق الاستقبال فقط لا غير

وكذلك احترافية الموظفين في خدمة الغرف والتنظيف المتقن
