يجب تشديد الامانة على العاملين عند وجود اي شيء في الغرف عند مغادرة النزيل، حتى لو غادر الفندق يجب اعلامة عند فقدان اي شيء علي الفور. وليس اخذه وعدم ابلاغ الزبون بفقدانه حتى لو كان غير مهم. لأن ذلك يدل على امانة العاملين واهتمام الفندق بمعاودة الزيارة من ذلك الزبون.
