I am very sorry to learn that you were not entirely satisfied with your stay during your recent visit with us and I hasten to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Here at Centro Sharjah, we do everything we can to ensure that every guest leaves happy and wishing to come back. However, please allow me to clarify few points:
You arrived at 02:30 am as walk-in Friday night 27th April that day we are running high occupancy. They have provided you a smoking room However, please be assured that we will endeavour to improve on our standard in refreshing the room. With regards with the valet service. We have checked our CCTV and the car was handled immediately upon your arrival, upon departure your car was brought in 4 minutes. May I suggest you to send me an email the next time you stay with us in order to correct such mistakes at centro.sharjah@rotana.com
