I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed by your experience at the hotel.
Regarding your comments towards the room, generally we do have an excellent reputation for cleanliness, and I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Our team regularly checks the quality of our linens, and a new set of bathroom linens are currently under distribution. The Executive Housekeeper has carried out investigation into your experience, taking all necessary actions, and we will also check on the iron in the room you have stayed in.
On your departure date we were at full occupancy, so it was very problematic for the team to make further extension from an already extended 3 pm check out time. I am sorry it was not possible to extend the stay longer, and please be assured that the team had extended to the maximum when the usual time is midday.
