اعجبتني المدربة لينا جداااا في تعاملها مع الزبائن والأطفال وابتسامتها الراااائعة والمكان رائع جدااااا جدا والموظفين رائعين ايضااا بالأخص الموظف أيمن راقي حدا في تعامله . والنظافه جدا رائعة والمحافظة على التجاوب مع الزبائن راقي جد . نشكر لكم كل هذا الشي .

Dear 49Enas First of all let me thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at Grand Tala Bay Resort, We are glad to hear you had wonderful experience with us and you have liked our animation programs, cleanness of the hotel and staff genuine and attitude. Its truly inspiring when our guests thank our team member by mentioning their names and you kind words about Lina and Ayman will be shared with us entire team member as inspiring for all of us. مكان جداً رائع ومميز وهادئ وتعامل الموظفين جداً رّاقي وسريعين بالخدمة وانصح بزيارته جداً الفعاليات متوفره للاطفال وللكبارّ . اسعار الوجبات مبالغ فيها نوعاً ما. لكن مكان يستحق الزيادة . وإلنا عّودة بأذن الله .
