حيث قمنا بطلب سرير إضافي وقد انتظرنا ما يقارب ال٤٥ دقيقة قبل أن يصلنا
لم يتوفر خرطوم للطهارة في دورات المياه

كتير غالي ليس كما توقعت بالنسبه للاقامة بالفندق ولا اعتقد انه كل الناس اخدت غرف بنفس قيمة الغرف اللي استأجرتها ما في شط بحر ولايوجد نشاطات واسوء شي الفطور أبدا مو مزبوط عند تقديم اعتراض الشيف ما بيعجبهم بيعملو بطريقة مو حلوة مع ال customer التلاجة بالغرف ما بتبرد أبدا

الفندق جيد و لكن الخدمة ضعيفة جدا جدا ، بركة السباحة للعائلات بعيدة عن الغرف. الفعاليات بالليل غير مميزة. الفندق نظيف و الفطور ممتاز و السيد باسم ابدع معنا في فترة الفطور. الموقع في ايلا ممتاز و قريب عالسوق و المطاعم في ايلا.
