Thank you for your feedback and allow me to apologise for not being able to achieve the product standards expected during your most recent stay with Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. This is certainly not our usual level of standard nor the type of experience.
We have highlighted your comments to the team and we will certainly work towards driving greater improvement; allowing for better experience. We have also intensified our pest control. The is an isolated incident.
For your information, the hotel is progressively refurbishing its facilities and will be unveiling its new features very shortly. In the meantime, we invite you to stay in our Club rooms / suites or alternatively at the newly refurbished rooms at the Sunway Pyramid Hotel.
