كانت إقامة جدا رائعة وذكرى جميله انصح كل من كانت وجهته الى ماليزيا السكن فيه الأكل حلال والموظفين ودودين والأجواء مشجعه على البقى وقضاء يوم كامل فيه ولي رجعه مرة اخرى له مع أطيب الأمنيات للجميع بالإقامة السعيدة

الاقامة جداً رائعة والعائلة استمتعت بالألعاب التي للأسف لم يتمكنوا من اتمامها كلها وتحتاج الالعاب الى اكثر من يومين لذلك في الرحلة القادمة بأذن الله سنفرد للألعاب ايام اكثر وطبعاً تكون الاقامة في الصن واي ريزورت هوتل اند سبا

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay with Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. We're glad you were able to discover the many facets of this amazing destination. As an integrated destination, Sunway City has something for everyone - with over 900 retail stores and 170 food & beverages outlets. Plus the many other facets, facilities and services just around the corner from the hotel - like the theme park, which is just an escalator ride away. Two days is certainly not enough time to fully immerse to the many facilities. We look forward to welcome you and your family back to Sunway City in the near future.

المكان جدا رائع والاقامة فيه متعة لاتوصف .. والمطعم عندهم جدا جميل وفيه خيارات متعددة خصوصاً بالإفطار..
طبعا يكثر فيه السياح السعوديين والي يضايقونك بنظراتهم الفضولية يعني ممكن نقول انها نقطة سلبية في المكان يعني كنك ماطلعت من السعودية !!

يميز هذا الفندق موقعه الملاصق لملاهي الصن واي لاجون , ويعيبه سوء الأثاث في الغرف وعدم الاهتمام من قبل الإدارة بعمل التجديدات اللازمة للمحافظة على مستوى الفندق , طاقم العمل ودود ومتعاون وبوفيه الإفطار متنوع ومميز
لا يمكن اعتبار هذا الفندق من فنادق الخمس نجوم نظرا للمستوى المتهالك للغرف

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay with Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. We are continually refreshing our products and services; and there will be noticeable changes and new conveniences which will be in introduced in our guestrooms and public facilities in the very near future. While every effort were taken to ensure the comfort of our guests was not compromised during this period, it was unfortunate that you had a less than stellar experience during your stay with us. Please do accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. This is certainly not our usual service standards nor the type of experience we extend.

فندق رائع ومميز، يعمل باحترافيه لراحتك من الاستقبال حتى المغادرة، حيث يتواجد موظفي استقبال عرب يتحدوثون العربيه اضافه الى اخرين يتحدثون اللغه الانجليزيه، ويهتمون بالطلبات الخاصه التي تكتبها عند حجزك بالفندق حيث لبوا جميع طلباتي:من احتفال بذكرى خاصه لدي وترقيه لحجزي وبعض الخدمات المجانيه والخصومات على بعض الخدمات لديهم ومنها مغسلة الملابس والمساج اللي انصحكم بتجربته لايفوتكم، وقربه من منتزه الالعاب المائيه حيث انه ملاصق له وللفندق مدخل خاص للمنتزه، وملاصق له ايضا مول تجاري من(٥)طوابق فيه مطاعم و محلات تجاريه متنوعه ومنها:سوبرماركت ومحلات صرافة عملات ومتاجر لشراء شرائح اتصال وإنترنت باسعار افضل من المطار،.ومسابحهم كبيره السباحه والجلسه فيها لاتمل وهناك مسابح خاصه للاطفال، والافطار لديهم رائع ومتنوع، وبهو الفندق فخم وواسع، الانترنت متوفر ومفتوح داخل الغرف وفي جميع ارجاء الفندق.
بصراحه سكنت فيه يومين في "جناح بريمير" واسع من غرفه وصاله منفصله بها اريكه كبيره "يمكن تحويلها الى سريرين للاطفال" وفيه دورتين مياه بهما شطاف وذلك بالطابق ال(٢١)وهو اعلى طابق بالفندق واطلالته على منتزه الالعاب المائية-وذلك بعد ترقيه حجزي من "جناح تنفيذي"- وكنت مع زوجتي وطفلين لم أحتاج فيها خلال اقامتي لاي وسيلة مواصلات لقربه من كل شي يحتاجه السائح.

الانتظار قليلا عند المصاعد وقت الذروه وذلك لكبر حجم الفندق وكثرة النزلاء فيه.
