First and foremost, please allow me to take this opportunity to apologize for the incident you experienced with the lack of communication and no alternative offered for your dinner cancellation due to bad weather. I appreciate you taking your time to raise your concern about the service which did not meet your expectations and as well as our own too.
This is certainly not indicative of the usual high standards of our resort and I apologize again for this shortfall which could have, to a large extent, been avoided with offering all possible alternatives via better communication with you. I have personally addressed the issues with the respective leaders so that preventive measures are in place to avoid any future occurrence. We thank you for your feedback and it is feedback like yours that we constantly strive to improve our services.
Your comments on the aged facilities, house lizards in the villa, weak WiFi, and food price have been noted and I will definitely discuss with all concerns to optimize our offerings for the best experience.
I and my team are glad that you enjoyed the amenities in the villa, delectable cuisine with great choices, marine lives e.g. shark, fishes, stingray, etc., shared facilities with our sister resort; Angsana Ihuru, and our service from our friendly and courteous staff.
